Because design is a creative service, refunds should be limited:
- No refunds once work has started and initial concepts have been delivered
- If canceled before work begins → full refund
- If canceled after work has started → partial refund (based on work completed)
- No refunds on completed projects
Return Policy
- Due to the nature of digital design services, returns are not accepted
- Clients are encouraged to request revisions within the scope of their package
- Final approved designs cannot be returned or exchanged
