Refund Policy

Customers who purchase through Gaia Solutions are entitled to legitimate refunds.

General Terms

Although our refund policy is dedicated to transparency and honesty, disputes may occur at times. Refund policies are uniformly applied to all clients to avoid conflicts.

Refunds from Gaia Solutions can only be issued if you follow the following procedures:

  1. Obtaining a 100% refund requires submission of refund claims within 30 days of signing the service agreement;
  2. You will not be eligible for a 100% refund if you request a refund after 30 days of purchasing the service. It is still possible, however, to make a partial refund once the received amount has been calculated;
  3. For a refund request to be processed promptly, we need your current and active contact information, along with the appropriate details, e.g., account number, invoice, or payment receipt.

Refund Process

A refund request will be processed once the purchase and payment for the service has been verified.

  1. We will refund the service fee using the same card/bank account/transaction platform used to pay for our services.
  2. After verifying your service agreement and crediting your account, refund payments can take a week or a month.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Gaia Solutions periodically reviews its refund policy in order to identify any flaws. It is essential that we maintain a flexible and easy refund process.
