Refund Policy

Because design is a creative service, refunds should be limited:

• No refunds once work has started and initial concepts have been delivered
• If canceled before work begins → full refund
• If canceled after work has started → partial refund (based on work completed)
• No refunds on completed projects

Return Policy

• Due to the nature of digital design services, returns are not accepted
• Clients are encouraged to request revisions within the scope of their package
• Final approved designs cannot be returned or exchanged
